Hi, I’m Alexa
I’m a Faith-Based Leadership Coach for Mothers, passionate about guiding women to step into God’s calling with faith, clarity, and confidence in both motherhood and life.
In recent years, God has gently led me back into the home — a place I once felt uncomfortable fully embracing as a woman and mother. Like many high-achieving women, I was always seeking purpose and fulfillment outside of it. But through faith, I’ve come to recognize that some of the most meaningful and impactful work we will ever do happens within our homes — in nurturing our families, strengthening our marriages, and creating a space filled with love, peace, and God’s presence.
Today, I help corporate and career-driven women rediscover the beauty and purpose of the home while still walking confidently in whatever work or calling God places on their hearts. Whether that looks like entrepreneurship, part-time work, ministry, or being fully present in the home, my heart is to help mothers lead with faith, peace, and confidence.
Part of this journey has also led our family into homeschooling. I currently homeschool part-time and, by September 2026, we will be transitioning into full-time homeschooling as we continue to prioritize faith, family, and intentional living. It has been a deeply fulfilling season of growth, learning, and trust in God’s plan for our children.
Through faith-centered coaching, biblical wisdom, and real-life guidance, I walk alongside mothers as they strengthen their homes, marriages, and personal callings — finding peace instead of pressure and purpose instead of overwhelm.

I also work privately with clients, supporting them through faith-centered coaching, leadership development, and practical life and business guidance.
My Journey & Leadership Background
Before stepping into faith-based coaching, I spent over a decade in corporate leadership and business development.
I graduated Cum Laude from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Communications and Public Relations and launched my career with Simon Property Group as an Assistant Marketing Director at The Westchester.
Within 18 months, I was promoted to Director of Marketing & Business Development and later selected as a Regional Trainer for the East Coast. In 2016, I was honored as a “30 Under 30” New York business leader.
I went on to serve as General Manager, overseeing more than 90 businesses, leading teams, building partnerships, and driving growth across corporate and community sectors. I was also a founding member of our DEI Committee, helping shape company culture and leadership initiatives.
Every season of leadership helped prepare me to serve mothers today — blending real-world experience with faith-centered guidance.
My Greatest Mission: Motherhood & Legacy
Above all, I am a wife and proud mother to two daughters who inspire everything I do.
I believe motherhood is one of the greatest callings God gives us — and that leading our homes with love, faith, and intention creates a legacy far beyond anything the world measures as success.

When I’m not coaching or teaching, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, enjoying date nights with my husband, soaking up the outdoors, and cherishing the simple moments of life.
